MRN shall seek to achieve the best possible results through excellence in Human Resources Management, providing human and social growth to all employees.

As a management model, the company shall adopt a participative, coherent and totally transparent management model.

Professional development and giving greater value to our human resources shall be a permanent practice at MRN, with a view to keeping our workforce equipped with highly skilled personnel, highly motivated and trained to carry out their positions.

MRN shall provide an organized and safe workplace, comfortable for all, strongly encouraging the employees to maintain and promote constant improvements within the work environment.

Salaries and benefits offered shall be competitive within the labor market.

MRN shall give priority to the full use of local and regional human potential, giving preference to personnel from within the company or from the Porto Trombetas community.

MRN shall provide an organizational atmosphere where trustworthiness and respect for the human being are both spontaneous and permanent.

Relationships with Trade Unions and other workers' organizations shall be not only kept up but also enhanced, based on mutual recognition of the rights and duties of the MRN employees.

Through its management programmes, MRN shall encourage the full use of the employees' skills in the quest for transformations through innovative solutions.

MRN's top management shall be the company's legitimate representative in the conduction of this Policy, having the duty to promote and practice this Policy with the employees in a transparent fashion.

MRN shall keep up to date with regard to the use of management in the search for excellence.
